The Turkish ship, which was fired upon by the Greek military near Bozcaada, ran aground, APA reports citing Anadolu agency.

The roller-type ship "Anatolian" with 18 crew members, accompanied by two boats of the Turkish Coast Guard Service, anchored in the port of Karanliq in the Bosphorus of Istanbul.

A Turkish ship was shot at by Greek servicemen close to Bozcaada, said the Turkish Coast Guard Service, APA reports citing “Haber Global”.

It is reported that Greece fired at the roller-type ship "Anatolian" 11 miles south of Bozcaada. Before the Turkish Coast Guard arrived on the scene, the Greek servicemen hastily left the area. Of the 18 crew members on board, five were Azerbaijani nationals and three were Turkiye nationals. The crew of the ship was unharmed.
