Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said on Thursday that encouraging Ukraine to carry out attacks on Russian territory "will lead to a harsh response, we do not advise testing our patience.", APA reports citing Teletrader.

Earlier, British Defense Secretary Ben Wallace argued it "would be legitimate under international law" if Ukraine attacked the Russian army's logistics infrastructure on Russian soil.

Zakharova also stated Russia is "alarmed by the escalation of tensions" in Transnistria. "We regard these actions as acts of terrorism aimed at destabilizing the situation in the region and expect a thorough and objective investigation of all the circumstances of the incident," she said.
