Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba accused Western countries of "excuses and half-measures" against Russia as the conflict in Ukraine continues. He repeated the call for world leaders and businesses to stop buying Russian oil, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"EU needs a real embargo on Russian oil. Additionally, Russia desperately tries to bypass the already imposed restrictions. Let’s be clear: any blend containing any Russian oil should be treated as 100% Russian oil. Don’t let Russians cheat their way around restrictions," he wrote on Twitter.
