According to the inflation forecasts of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), updated in December, at the end of 2020 inflation will be about 3%, and in 2021 it will form in the range of 3.5-4%. The previous forecast indicated that inflation will be 2.8-3% in 2020, and in the range of 3.6-4% in 2021, APA-Economics reports referring to the CBA.
According to CBA, the dynamics of inflation in recent months corresponds to the predicted trajectory and is formed mainly under the influence of decreasing factors, according to official statistics in November the annual inflation was 2.4%.
