In January-June of this year, trade turnover between Azerbaijan-Iran has been in the amount of USD 313.6 million, which is by 32 times more than the relevant period of last year, APA-Economics reports citing State Customs Committee.
According to the APA’s calculations, based on Committee’s report, in the reporting period, the volume of export increasing by 2.4 times stood to USD 23 million, while import by 2.2 times stood to USD 290.6 million.
Thus, in the reporting period, USD 267.6 million positive balance has occurred in Azerbaijan-Iran trade turnover and it is by 2.1 times more than the same period of the previous year.
