British Ambassador on a visit to Jabrayil: Scale of the destruction is huge

“This is my first visit to the region since Azerbaijan restored its territorial integrity. It is interesting for me to see this place. From the outside, it looks like a small town. But as we approached, we saw that it was completely destroyed and became a ghost town,” British Ambassador to Azerbaijan James Sharp who is a visit to Jabrayil with the representatives of diplomatic corps told APA

Mr. Ambassador has noted that the scale of the destruction is huge here.

The ambassador has also talked about the involvement of British companies in the construction work to be implemented in the liberated territories of Azerbaijan: “There is much work to be done. The situation of these territories should be investigated and cleared from the mines. Later, British companies may be interested in the renewable energy, agriculture, and tourism in the liberated territories from the occupation”.
