External Affairs Minister of India Sushma Swaraj has offered condolences to her Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov over tragic deaths in a fire at Republican Drug Rehabilitation Center in Baku, Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told APA.
She wrote in her letter: “I am shocked to learn of the tragic fire at the Republican Drug Rehabilitation Center in Baku at which several lives were lost and many more injured. I convey my sincere and heartfelt condolences. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. I wish the injured an early recovery”.
