Advisor of EU Delegation to Azerbaijan: "New cooperations are implemented"

"In order to eliminate the negative results that may occur after the COVID-19 pandemic, preparation of the more further improved projects and new cooperations are carried out," said Advisor on Political issues of the EU Representation in Azerbaijan Certomir Fisinger said at the closing ceremony of the EU-funded and Solidarity Health Initiative project implemented by the World Health Organization, APA reports.

Customer Fisinger has talked about the works carried out within the framework of the Solidarity Health Initiative project.

"During the project, 521 medical equipment, including 6 fans and 1 BiPAP device, 81 patient monitors, 141 oxygen concentrators and 229 pulse oximeters were handed over to national partners within the project. At the same time, more than 1 million personal protective equipment and 17,600 hand hygiene kits have been provided to the country's medical facilities to protect the health of those fighting COVID-19 on the front lines".
