In the letter of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan to the UN Secretary General, it is mentioned that Armenia has not yet implemented the decision of the International Court of Justice dated December 7, 2021, APA reports.
"In blatant disregard for the binding measure indicated by the Court, organizations promoting racial hatred against Azerbaijan and Azerbaijanis, such as the Armenia-based organizations VoMA and POGA, continue to incite anti-Azerbaijani discrimination and hatred on the grounds of ethnic and national origin," reads the letter.
