On May 13, 2022, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, addressed a meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council in Dushanbe, APA reports.
In his speech, Minister Jeyhun Bayramov informed the meeting participants about the post-conflict situation in the region.
The Minister noted that the Republic of Azerbaijan is ready to normalize relations with Armenia, including signing a peace agreement and the start of the delimitation of borders.
He said that steps were taken to start the process of negotiations on a peace agreement, including the chairmen and format of the national commissions on the delimitation of borders between the two countries.
