"Important agreements were reached during the meetings, and these agreements will strengthen relations between the two countries and will bear fruit in the near future," Iranian Foreign Minister Hussein Amir Abdullahian said at a press conference following the meeting with Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in Baku, APA reports.
"I congratulate Azerbaijan on the liberation of its lands. We consider Azerbaijan one of the closest and best neighbors. The main priority of our President is relations with neighboring countries, where Azerbaijan also has a special place. We will take steps for the welfare of our peoples," said Mr. Abdullahian.
