"Heydar Aliyev served his whole life to the people of Azerbaijan," Head of Friendship Group with Malaysia-Azerbaijan Tuan Hj. Aminolhuda bin Hassan said at a special meeting of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the Great Leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.
He congratulated Azerbaijan for the active leadership of the Non-Aligned Movement: "Malaysia-Azerbaijan relations are based on mutual respect. Malaysia has mutually beneficial cooperation with Azerbaijan in trade, investment, renewable energy sources, and other fields. Our cooperation will develop further in the coming years."
