President of Uzbekistan to inaugurate a school building in Fuzuli, says Chairperson of Senate of Oliy Majlis

It is a great honor for me to participate in the events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the great statesman of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, Chairperson of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of Uzbekistan Tanzila Norbaeva told journalists before the special meeting of Azerbaijan's Milli Majlis (Parliament) dedicated to 100th jubilee of Heydar Aliyev, APA reports.

She stressed that the memory of Heydar Aliyev is also commemorated in Uzbekistan.

Tanzila Norbaeva said that currently, Azerbaijan continues to follow the path of Heydar Aliyev.

"Great work is being done to expand the economic opportunities of Azerbaijan. Uzbekistan is also taking small steps to make its small contribution to these works, it is building a general education school in Fuzuli, and the school will be opened during the visit of the President of Uzbekistan to Azerbaijan," she added.
