Russian MFA accuses the EU of sending a mission to the region without agreeing with Azerbaijan

If Brussels was sincerely interested in establishing peace in the South Caucasus, European Union would agree with Azerbaijan on the terms of its mission's work, says the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Russia in its statement on the EU's decision regarding the placement of the mission on Azerbaijan-Armenia border for two years, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.
