12 civilians killed and 35 injured as Armenians shell settlements

A total of 35 civilians have been hospitalized with various injuries and 12 have been killed as a result of heavy artillery fire by the enemy's armed forces on the territory of the Azerbaijani civilian population on the instructions of the Armenian military-political leadership, the Press Service of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan told APA.

As a result of the shelling of civilian facilities by the aggressor Armenia, 66 houses and 8 civilian facilities became unusable, and many small and large animals perished.

At present, the prosecutor's office is carrying out all possible investigative measures in combat conditions, including the appointment of relevant expertise to determine the severity of injuries, as well as the amount of damage to civilian infrastructure.
