Construction of more than 34 thousand apartments and private residential houses in liberated areas by 2026 is envisaged

Measures will be taken in stages regarding the construction of multi-apartment buildings and individual houses in the settlements in the territories liberated from occupation, according to the action plan of the I State program on Great Return to the liberated areas of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

The client organizations, together with Rehabilitation, Construction and Management Service in the Karabakh Economic Region and "Restoration, Construction and Management Service No. 1 in the Eastern Zangezur Economic Region, State Urban Planning and Architecture Committee, State Housing Development Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan, State Committee for Refugees and IDPs and Shusha City State Reserve Department should provide the construction of 34500 apartments and private residential houses in Aghdam, Fuzuli, Shusha, Khojavand, Zangilan, Kalbajar, Lachin, Gubadly, Jabrayil, Tartar, and Khojaly regions in 2022-2026.
