New road bridges between East Zangazur and Nakhchivan through Iran will be put into operation in one year

"An agreement has been reached to construct and commission new road bridges between the East Zangazur Economic Region of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic through Iran in one year," said Azerbaijani Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Mustafayev, who is on a visit to Tehran, APA reports.

He recalled that a memorandum of understanding was signed between the two countries.

"Today, we discussed with the Iranian Minister of Roads and Urban Development the issue of construction and financing of road bridges and the completion of the design of technical details of the projects. We think we can build and put into operation road bridges within a year. ”
