Open tender was declared for construction of the next 15 settlements in Shusha

Shusha City State Reserve Department declared open tender on the construction of the remaining 15 buildings of the 23-building residential massive to be constructed in the city, the Reserve Department told APA.

Companies that have the relevant license and experience in the field of construction and material-technical base, are invited to the tender.

It is considered that 15 buildings to be constructed will be 3-5 floors high, in accordance with the city's master plan, and will be provided with a parking lot.

The companies may send the legal documents to the Shusha City State Reserve Department until August 9, and proposal and proposal guarantee documents until August 18

Recall that the winner of the tender regarding the construction of 8 buildings of the residential massive constructed in Shusha city will be announced to the community on June 23.
