Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has highly appreciated the activity of the Russian-Turkish Joint Monitoring Center on the monitoring Nagorno-Karabakh ceasefire, APA reports.
The foreign minister has noted with satisfaction with satisfaction that a new format has been created to strengthen security and cooperation in the region during his performance in the meeting of the Council of the Foreign Ministers of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The minister has noted that as a result of the counter-attack operation of the Azerbaijani Army, Azerbaijani territories have been liberated from the Armenian occupation and the territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been restored. He highly appreciated the efforts of the Russian Federation, especially President Vladimir Putin in the adoption of the trilateral statement dated 10 November 2020.
Jeyhun Bayramov has attracted the attention of the event participants to the terrible destructions and vandalism acts that all Azerbaijani cities and settlements were subjected to during the occupation, intentional looting of the religious and cultural monuments, turning of mosques into the pig stable. It has been noted that currently, reconstruction and restoration work of these territories is being continued.
