"Involvement of third countries in the Nagorno-Karabakh settlement is possible only with the consent of Azerbaijan and Armenia," Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, APA's Moscow correspondent reports.

"The participation of third countries in the current settlement format depends entirely on the political will of the parties to the conflict. These parties are two countries - Azerbaijan and Armenia. Participation in the settlement of the conflict, to be a kind of mediator or to participate in formats is possible only with the consent of both parties," Kremlin spokesman said in response to a question about the possibility of Turkey's involvement in the settlement of the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
