"Social-economic conception of restoration of territories, liberated from occupation, has been prepared as a project by relevant bodies, as well as Ministry of Economy under instruction of Mr. President," said Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, APA reports.
Minister noted that the project has been discussed and will relevantly be presented by government.
M.Jabbarov has noted that the main areas in the future Socio-Economic Planning of the liberated territories in accordance with conception is the urban planning and structure of territories. “Surely, for implementation of this, necessary legal, economic and financial frame, system of discounts and incentives, as well as a number of urgent projects are implemented in accordance with appropriate Order of our supreme leader. Here, we may especially note the issues like road network, railway network, utility supply implemented by the state.
