The format of the OSCE Minsk Group shows that cooperation for the sake of European security is possible, said OSCE Secretary General Thomas Greminger.
He made the remarks at a session, titled "Security in Europe: Cooperation or Confrontation", which was held as part of the 7th Moscow Conference on International Security, an APA correspondent reports from Moscow.
"The OSCE Minsk Group is working to achieve a peaceful resolution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. The Minsk Group co-chair countries are Russia, the United States and France, which have long been engaged in peaceful settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. This shows that cooperation for European security is possible," Greminger noted.
