5,130 boxes of medicinal preparations for treatment of tuberculosis patients brought to Azerbaijan

The Ministry of Health of Azerbaijan and the Development Program of the United Nations Organization (UNDP) continue joint cooperation in the area of further strengthening of Azerbaijan’s medical supply system during the period of coronavirus pandemic, the UNDP told APA.

The new medicinal preparations for treatment of people infected with tuberculosis have been procured via international supply chain of the UN Development Program and have been handed over to the country’s Innovation and Supply Center.
5,130 boxes of medicinal preparations for treatment of patients who are sensitive and resistant to medicines have been brought into the country in the batch of goods delivered this time with the help of the UNDP.
