Baku City Executive Power’s authorities on demolition and reconstruction of residential, social and other non-residential facilities, which are in a state of emergency and do not meet existing urban planning norms, violating the civil, housing and urban planning and construction legislation and the approval for detailed plans for the territories, as well as approvals for new residential and non-residential projects, issuance of permits for construction and operation of buildings, and permanent use and lease of state-owned land for this purpose cancelled, APA reports.
The Cabinet of Ministers has canceled its decisions in this regard.
According to the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, the powers that have been revoked have been given to the Executive Power of Baku City for a period of five years.
