Trade Union of the Ministry of Emergency Situations (MES) of Azerbaijan has taken care of children of Orkhan Hamidov, a junior sergeant martyred during the April battles – Hamildi Vusal born in 2007 and Hamidli Farid born in 2009, the Ministry told APA.
From September 1, the family of the martyr will receive financial assistance in the amount of AZN 300, 150 manat per month until each child reaches the age of 18.
On August 26, chairman of Trade Union of employees of MES Mehman Ismayilov met with the family.
During the meeting, M.Ismayilov noted that the Azerbaijani people have always honored the memory of our martyrs who sacrificed their lives for the Motherland
He added that Orkhan Hamidov also reached to the peak of martyrdom by participating in the liberation of our lands: “The memory of those who sacrificed their lives for the homeland will always live in our hearts, their heroism will be written in golden letters in the history of the Azerbaijani people.”
