"Unemployment at a global level is 3.8% more in comparison with December of 2019," said Olga Kulaeva, Director of the Bureau of the International Labour Organization (ILO) for Eastern Europe and Central Asia while her speech at the conference between Azerbaijan and ILO on the determination of priorities and results of a new Decent Work Country Program (2022-2026), APA reports.
According to her, it means 112 million lost jobs places.
"Global economy and labor market have not reached pre-pandemic figures yet. Decent Work Country Program is very essential to defeat it," noted Kulaeva
