The delegation, led by Derya Yanık, Turkish Minister of Family and Social Services, who is on a visit to Azerbaijan, visited the Alley of Honor and the Alley of Martyrs, APA reports.
As part of the visit, flowers were placed before Heydar Aliyev's grave, then the guests visited the "Eternal Torch" monument and the Turkish Martyrdom. Ambassador of Turkiye in Azerbaijan Cahid Bagchi also attended the visit.
Turkish minister. who spoke to reporters after the meeting, said that they will have meetings in Baku today and tomorrow and then visit Shusha.
Notably, a delegation led by the Minister of Family and Social Services of Turkiye, Derya Yanık, will be on an official visit to Azerbaijan on July 19-21. Within the framework of the visit, she is expected to meet with the Chairman of the State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs Bahar Muradova is planned.
The meeting will focus on cooperation directions and joint projects.
