Based on the decision, I. Aliyev's petition has been satisfied and he has been released for home arrest.

The petition regarding release for home arrest of Head of Consulate and legal office of Consulate department of Azerbaijan’s MFA Nurupasha Abdullayev arrested by the State Security Service (SSS) has been considered, APA reports.
The decision has been announced at the proceeding held under chairmanship of judge Shahla Suleymanova at Sabail district Court.
Based on the decision, N. Abdullayev’s petition was satisfied and he was released for home arrest.
Note that N. Abdullayev was detained by the SSS. He was laid a charge based on bribery clause.
The 4 months’ remand in custody measure was chosen in his regard by decision of Sabail district Court.
