The petitions of the investigative agency regarding the former senior officials of Ganja city Executive Power - Ali Rustamov and Maharat Mustafayev who worked in the position of head of the Architecture and Town Planning Department of the city have been considered in Binagadi district Court, APA reports.
In the proceedings held under the chairmanship of judges Farid Amiraliyev and Vugar Mammadov, the petition of the investigative agency has been approved.
The remand in custody measure has been chosen by the court in regard to both persons.
