A criminal case has been launched against Isayev Rashad for stabbing to death Russian citizen Bessonov Alexander Vitaliyevich in Lebedyan city of Russia during a dispute with him, on April 3, 2016, and the latter died from injuries, Narimanov District Prosecutor's Office told APA.
On August 14, 2018, Rashad Isayev was involved in absentia as a defendant under the relevant article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
On September 28 Rashad Isayev was detained, he was charged with the above-mentioned article and remanded in custody.
Currently, investigation on the criminal case continues.
