Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers to prepare rule of destruction of chemical weapons

Cabinet of Ministers will prepare the rule of destruction of chemical weapons, found in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, APA reports.

It has been reflected in the Decree “On implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the prohibition of development, production, multiplication (accumulation) and use, and the destruction of chemical weapon” signed today by President Ilham Aliyev.

According to the Decree, Cabinet of Ministers will approve rule of destruction of chemical weapons, found in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, in accordance with the Law "On implementation of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic “On the prohibition of development, production, multiplication (accumulation) and use, and the destruction of chemical weapon" within three months with agreement of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
