Armenians need to draw conclusion from April fighting, or Azerbaijan will carry out more successful operations like Lele Tepe

Baku – APA. Armenian armed forces need to draw a conclusion from the April fighting, or there will be more successful operations like Lele Tepe.

President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces Ilham Aliyev made the remarks in his speech before military servicemen in the command control center on the frontline in Fuzuli district, APA reported.

The head of state recalled the liberation of 22 villages in a successful military operation carried out in the territory of Fuzuli district in January 1994.

“That was a major historical victory. The April fighting is yet another historical victory. The world witnessed that Azerbaijan will never tolerate Armenia’s invasion policy. We must restore our territorial integrity and we will. It’s our ancestral land. The Lele Tepe operation is our symbol of heroism and it made a history. Armenian armed forces need to draw a conclusion from the April fighting, or there will be more successful operations like Lele Tepe,” said President Ilham Aliyev.
