Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a meeting with permanent members of the Security Council in a video conference format, APA's correspondent in Moscow reports citing Kremlin press service.
Russian relations with former Soviet Republics have been discussed at the meeting.
"One of the most important priorities for Russia in foreign affairs is relations with our neighbors, former Soviet Union Republics. That is why we will be busy with one of the aspects of the issue today," noted Vladimir Putin.
