Minister noted that ICESCO regional office will start operation in Azerbaijan: "The latest procedures within the state regarding opening of the regional office is at the final stage. Project on location of the regional office in Azerbaijan has even been sent to the ICESCO side. After reaching an agreement, its official signing will be held. It is very glad that the regional office will operate in Shusha. We know that reconstruction works are underway in Shusha now. That is why ICESCO regional office will do its work in Baku temporarily until the opening of the regional office."
