“Freedom of speech and media freedom are fully provided in Azerbaijan”, said Deputy Prime Minister, Executive-secretary, deputy Chairman of New Azerbaijan party Ali Ahmedov, APA reports.
According top him, media is freely operating in Azerbaijan and there are no obstacles for press.
Deputy Prime Minister stated that currently social networks have turn out to be an informational means and this is important for delivering operative information: “However the responsibility issues emerge at this moment. Therefore, alongside with truthful news, fake news is also spreading. There cases of abuse of social networks. This creates confusion and concerns in society”.
A.Ahmedov noted that this problem will be solved by the time passes.
