Issue of erecting monument to Nuru Pasha raised in Azerbaijani Parliament

"We held a parade in Azerbaijan in 2018 with the participation of the Turkish President on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of liberation of Baku from occupation," said Deputy Malahat Ibrahimgizi at the meeting of Azerbaijani Parliament today, APA reports.

Deputy noted that liberation of Baku from occupation will be celebrated after several months again: "But any monument has not been erected to Nuru Pasha and his army that had special merits in the liberation of Baku so far. Executive bodies do not provide any information in this regard. It is a negligent approach to Turkish-Azerbaijani brotherhood."
