Top managers of member companies and organizations of the Caspian European Club are welcoming new appointments and staff changes initiated by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and have supported a new strategy on the investment and business climate improvement in Azerbaijan”, First Deputy Chairman and CEO of the Caspian European Club Telman Aliyev said, Caspian European Club told APA-Economics.

According to Telman Aliyev, it is necessary to continue holding B2G format forums for an even greater intensification of the business-to-government dialogue, where top-managers of companies will, in the same way as before, enjoy an opportunity to get answers on issues of concern to them directly from ministers and heads of the government agencies. We have written to Prime Minister Ali Asadov requesting him to meet with members of the Caspian European Club. We submitted the same request to assistants of the President and the First Vice President, as well as to ministers, heads of state committees and government agencies representing the economic bloc. An open meeting with a new Prime Minister and individual meetings with representatives of the economic bloc of the government can send a strong signal to potential investors observing economic reforms ongoing under the leadership of President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.

“It is an openness and availability which has always differed a unique platform created within the Caspian European Club from other ones created by similar organizations and associations. As before, we stand ready to provide the President, the First Vice President and the government with information about challenges and difficulties facing entrepreneurs, and will also submit monthly reports containing suggestions for handling these problems. We also plan to enhance cooperation with relevant committees of Milli Majlis”, Telman Aliyev concluded.

Bringing together over 5,000 companies and organizations from 50 countries, the Caspian European Club was established in June 2002. The head office of the Caspian European Club is in Baku (Azerbaijan). Besides, the Caspian European Club has official representative offices in Georgia and Kazakhstan, authorized representatives in the USA, Germany, Poland and the Czech Republic.
