The British Foreign Office has changed the restrictions on visits to Azerbaijan (COVID 19), APA's British bureau reports.

The statement came from British Transport Minister Grant Schapps.

He noted that from July 19, restrictions on leisure travel to a number of countries, including Azerbaijan, will be lifted. Therefore, the government allows those who want to go to those countries to see their families or to rest. Also, British citizens or residents returning from those countries will not have to stay in quarantine for 10 days.

The minister said that these people must have received both doses of the vaccine approved by the British health system. According to him, the COVID-19 test, which showed a negative result three days before the trip, and the test two days later are still valid. However, there will be no need for these people to take the test on the 8th day.
