In the January-March months of this year, the volume of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Russia has made up USD 585 216 mln and this is 2% more than in comparison to the same period of 2020, APA’Econmics reports citing the State Statistics Committee.
According to the calculations, in the reporting period, the volume of the export has made up 135 331 mln dollars, and this is 3,5% less in annual comparison. While the volume of the import has been equal to 449 885 mln dollars and this is 3,7% more in annual comparison.
As a result, in the first term of 2021, 314 554 mln dollars of negative balance occurred, and this figure increased by 7,2% in annual comparison.
