Azerbaijanâ€™s foreign trade turnover in 2017 makes up $24B

Azerbaijani residents traded with physical and juridical persons of 187 countries in January-December 2017, 179 countries exported goods to Azerbaijan, 116 countries imported from Azerbaijan.

State Statistical Committee says the foreign trade turnover during the reporting period made up $24,257,600,000 (+12.3% from previous year), including export amounted to $15,475,600,000 (-7.1), import to $8,782,000,000 (-16.1%) and positive balance stood at $6,693,600,000.

In the reporting period, 37.3% of trade links were established with EU countries, 13.2% - with CIS countries and 49.5% - with other countries.

In the reporting period, Azerbaijan exported oil products worth $1,538,400,000.
