In April 2017, 8,043 insurance contracts were signed on real estate compulsory insurance, up 18% in comparison with a year ago.
According to Compulsory Insurance Bureau (CIB), premiums from this type of insurance made up AZN 1,373,234, up 13% from previous year. 5,180 of contracts were signed on residential houses and apartments, 195 on administrative buildings, 2,668 on other real estates.
In January 545 contracts were signed on compulsory insurance of civil liability on exploitation of real estate and 60 on compulsory personal accident insurance of passengers.
