"Azerbaijani and Georgian people have always lived in a condition of a kind neighborhood", said Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov at a joint press conference with his Georgian counterpart David Zalkaliani, APA's Georgian bureau reports.
Minister noted that our states have stepped up together in the path of independence, supported each-other.
"The support continues in bilateral and multilateral platforms today too. Azerbaijani-Georgian relations are strategic cooperation by nature. Azerbaijan is one of the main trade partners and investors of Georgia. Our countries play a great role in diversification of energy resources and energy sources with international level", noted Head of Azerbaijani MFA.
