Azerbaijan's Commissioner for Human Rights appeals to int'l organizations on the anniversary of Armenia's missile strike on Ganja city

Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan has appealed to the world community and international organizations on the first anniversary of the re-firing of ballistic missiles from the territory of Armenia by the Armenian armed forces on October 17 at around 01:00 pm in the densely populated central part of Ganja, APA reports.

The statement reads that 15 civilians, including children and women, were killed and more than 50 civilians were injured in the attack.
