“Realization of the Zangazur corridor will strengthen regional cooperation and stability”, said Azerbaijan’s minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov while delivering a speech at the business forum of Turkic-speaking countries dedicated to the restoration and development of the Karabakh region, liberated from the occupation, APA-Economics reports.
According to him, by removing obstacles to the establishment of transport links between the main part of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, an opportunity to form the new road and railway networks, that the regional countries can benefit, has emerged.
“Currently, active works are being carried out in the direction of the realization of the Zangazur corridor. Realization of this potential will lead to the launch of the new transport routes and strengthen regional cooperation and stability”, said the minister.
