Asadjon Khojayev said that Azerbaijan has now entered a new stage of development: “This is due to the reconstruction and development of the liberated territories. People will gradually return to these areas. Because the infrastructure, houses, everything is destroyed here. The whole world, the international community must pay attention to this. The member states of the Turkish Council will also take an active part in the restoration of the liberated territories. Uzbekistan has offered to help restore these areas. We are currently working with specialists to determine the facilities in which we will participate in the restoration. Our builders will be involved in the restoration of facilities in these areas. According to my information, Uzbekistan will restore a school free of charge and present it to the people of Azerbaijan. The list of facilities to be restored by Uzbek builders is currently being finalized. Most importantly, peace has come to Nagorno-Karabakh."
