Entry and exit to country by land and air transport, restriction to passenger transportation remain in force

Taking into consideration the sanitary and epidemiological situation in Azerbaijan regarding novel coronavirus (COVID-19) infection, the total number of people infected with this virus among the country’s population and the patients’ recovery dynamics, it has been decided to ease another part of the restrictions applied in the framework of the special quarantine regime, APA reports.

Except cargo transportations, suspension of the entry and exit to the country by land and air transport, at the same time except the movement of special purpose, as well as ambulances, accident recovery, rescue automobiles, as well as trucks, the entry and exit to Baku, Sumgait cities, and Absheron district, as well as Ganja, Lankaran cities and restriction of suspension of passenger transportation from other cities and districts of the country by land and air transport remain in force.
