"According to rules, making certain changes on high schools is also considered," said Head of Science and Higher Education Department at The Ministry of Education Nijat Mammadli, APA reports.

He noted that although earlier distance education, then visual practical training were allowed since the beginning of the pandemic, all lessons are considered to be transferred to visual education from now: "Its positive side is that with new changes, libraries, act halls, pools have been opened in accordance with pandemic rules. Certain restrictions have been considered here"

N. Mammadli noted that canteens have been allowed with terms of seriously following distance between tables, as well as a sanitary-epidemiological condition: "We saw that educational facilities operated in distance for a long period of time. Then, sanitary-epidemiological condition allows starting visual education. We hope that serious lockdowns will not be needed from now."
