Ramin Bayramli: "We are in a new stage of medical reforms"

"We are in a new stage of medical reforms in the country," said head of Board of TABIB Ramin Bayramli in the acceptance-delivery ceremony of mobile clinics in Shamakhy within the framework of "PROACT-Care" project, APA reports.

He said that more than 750 medical institutions either have been reconstructed or renovated and commissioned in Baku and regions: "Many works have been done in this field over the last 15 years. At the same time, works have been done in the field of personnel preparation. We have passed from the stage of quantity to quality. We should pay attention to the issue of quality from now."
