In accordance with the amendments, those whose disability regarding the war was determined, are exempted from the state duty for filing lawsuits and complaints to determine the facts of legal significance, applications for court orders and appeals against court decisions, re-issuance of copies of documents by the court, notarial acts during the purchase and sale of housing (house).
