However, I can say that the number of Special Forces was doubled after the Second Karabakh War,"said President of Azerbaijan, Victorious Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev as he addressed the personnel of the Special Forces military unit, APA reports.
The Supreme Commander-in-Chief stressed that now the choice is harder and the interest is greater, and the appeals are quite numerous.
"Moral and psychological qualities, physical training, professionalism, and, most importantly, love for the homeland are the main conditions for this choice," said President Ilham Aliyev.
